Kindly fill out the corresponding form below and return it, with check or money order, to the Columbus Marian Conference at the address provided.
Families, be sure to choose the family option that defines your family (all children 12 years of age or younger OR at least one youth child 13 years of age or older). Youths are charged a flat rate of $10, regardless of number. Children 12 and under are admitted free of charge.
Childcare will NOT be provided this year.
Lunch is available both days from the Ohio Dominican University cafeteria (Hamilton Hall). Please see the registration form or the "Pre-Register Lunch" option for details.

FYI
- The Columbus Marian Conference has qualified for continuing religious education for the Roman Catholic Diocese of Columbus previously. Please check with your school administer or the Diocese of Columbus to be sure that the Marian Conference will qualify on an individual basis.
- Flowers to adorn the statue of our Blessed Mother for the Rosary procession Friday evening and the high altar in the Chapel of Christ the King for the conference will be available for purchase at the registration table. Let's make an effort to honor the Mother of God with our beautiful prayers and beautiful flowers!
- Any young men interested in serving the Solemn High Mass (Extraordinary Form) Friday evening or the Missa Cantata (Extraordinary Form) Sunday morning are encouraged to contact the Marian Conference planners. Expertise in serving the Tridentine Form of the Mass is REQUIRED.
- Materials concerning the "apparitions" at Medjugorje or anything concerning the "Fourth Secret" or "Unrevealed Secret" of Fatima are strictly forbidden. The Columbus Marian Conference reserves the right to require any individuals, participants or vendors, to leave the Conference immediately if such materials are distributed or made available publicly or privately.
